The winding uses epoxy resin imported from the United States and is completed in a German vacuum resin casting equipment to ensure that the insulation material is fully permeated and free of bubbles, effectively suppressing partial discharge. The product can be used for 30 years under standard working conditions, and the surface of the winding will not crack due to thermal expansion and contraction.

Features



1. Quietness and performance

a) Transformer noise is mainly caused by core vibration. This product uses high-precision cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets, and is precisely stacked by the fully automatic step-by-step lamination production line of Germany's GEORG company, which optimizes the magnetic circuit distribution and significantly reduces operating noise.

b) Select low-density silicon steel sheets to ensure that the working point is far away from the saturation zone, effectively suppress the core harmonics, thereby reducing no-load losses and further reducing noise.

c) All fastening parts are equipped with silicone rubber cushions and elastic elements to effectively absorb vibration energy and reduce mechanical noise. At the same time, the core surface is specially cured to enhance the sound insulation effect.

2. High safety and environmental protection

a) High-performance resin-cured insulation structure is adopted, with excellent electrical strength (breakdown voltage ≥34kV/mm), and partial discharge is strictly controlled within ≤5pC to ensure long-term stable operation.

b) The dry-type transformer uses flame-retardant resin materials, which releases very little heat when burning (about 65ml/kg), has self-extinguishing properties, will not produce arcs due to short circuits, and will not release toxic smoke in high-temperature environments, meeting strict environmental protection and fire prevention requirements.

c) The coil adopts a fully sealed structure, and the core is treated with moisture-proof curing. It can still operate stably even in a 100% humidity environment without additional dehumidification maintenance.

d) The product has excellent overload capacity, thermal stability and compact design, is easy to install, and is basically maintenance-free. It is suitable for key places such as high-rise buildings, transportation hubs, industrial facilities and underground power distribution.

3. Flexible cooling mode

Dry-type transformers support two cooling methods:

Air natural cooling (AN): can operate at 100% rated capacity for a long time.

Air forced cooling (AF): through fan-assisted heat dissipation, the output capacity can be increased by 30%, which is suitable for short-term overload or intermittent high-load conditions.

4. Intelligent temperature control protection system

Core components: Pt100 temperature sensor (embedded in the hot spot of the winding) with a multi-function temperature controller to monitor the temperature of each phase in real time.

Protection function: Overtemperature automatically triggers alarm or tripping; in forced air cooling mode, the temperature controller intelligently starts and stops the fan to optimize heat dissipation.

Expansion interface: supports 4-20mA analog signal output, RS485 communication and core temperature monitoring, seamlessly connected to the automated power management system.
