Featuring low loss, high energy efficiency, and maintenance-free operation, it offers excellent resistance to short circuit, lightning impact, moisture, dust, and noise. Standard units are IP00, with options for IP20 or IP23 enclosures in materials such as steel, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy, and equipped with temperature control displays and load recording meters for safe monitoring.

Cast Resin Dry Type Transformer uses flame-retardant epoxy resin to encapsulate coils, ensuring fireproof, explosion-proof, and pollution-free operation. The self-extinguishing material meets international fire safety requirements.

With 45° fully oblique joint cold-rolled silicon steel sheets and optimized core design, no-load loss and noise are minimized. Multi-stage core stacking further lowers no-load current by up to 20%.
• Robust Construction
The iron core surface is coated with insulating resin paint to resist rust and moisture, while the reinforced mechanical design improves short-circuit endurance and extends service life.
• Smart Temperature Control
Equipped with an intelligent monitoring system featuring over-temperature alarm, trip protection, and RS485 interface, it ensures safe operation even at 150% rated load under forced air cooling.

Resin insulation eliminates the need for oil, reducing maintenance. It can operate reliably in 100% humidity without pre-drying.
