Product Overview
Dry-type transformers typically come in open type, closed type, and cast type configurations, allowing them to adapt to various installation environments. Among them, the cast winding uses epoxy resin or similar resins to provide the primary insulation. In contrast, the closed winding is housed within an enclosed shell, isolated from the external atmosphere. This structure is mainly applied in mining equipment, where heat dissipation and sealing are less favorable, but the design offers essential explosion-proof performance.
Dry-type transformers are manufactured using high-grade materials such as cold-rolled silicon steel sheets and epoxy resin, which enhance both their insulation capability and mechanical durability.
