Product Features



Low Loss
Compared with the SCB10 model, the SCB11 transformer achieves more than a 20% reduction in no-load loss and over 30% reduction in load loss. This remarkable improvement ensures excellent energy-saving capability, stable economic performance, and completely maintenance-free operation.

Low Noise
The operating noise of the product is 10–15 dB lower than the current industry requirement stated in JB/T10088-2016 — Sound Level of 6–220KV Transformers, providing a quieter and more comfortable operating environment.

Low Partial Discharge
The resin system utilizes two internationally advanced technologies—precision stirring and vacuum thin-film degassing—to ensure complete homogenization and removal of bubbles. This results in an exceptionally low partial discharge level, controlled within 5PC. Both high-voltage and low-voltage coils are vacuum-cast under pressure, producing resin insulation that fully penetrates between turns and layers. The solidified resin body forms a dense, flame-retardant, explosion-resistant, and environmentally safe structure. The glass fiber insulation used in coil windings is self-extinguishing, preventing short-circuit arcs, and the resin remains non-toxic and emission-free under high temperatures.

High Mechanical Strength
The filled resin reduces internal stress and curing shrinkage by balancing thermal expansion differences across materials. Reinforcing elements embedded within the epoxy resin on both inner and outer coil layers form a dense “reinforced-concrete-like” structure. This gives the transformer superior mechanical strength, enabling it to endure electrodynamic stress during sudden short circuits without deformation or failure.
