GNEE Steel three phase dry type transformer

1. Before the transformer is put into operation, it should be adjusted to the appropriate position according to the voltage test value of the power network, according to its nameplate and tap indicator board. If the transformer output voltage is high, in the case of ensuring that the high voltage primary side is powered off, and the connector is adjusted upward (1st gear direction); If the output voltage of the transformer is low, adjust the connector down (5th gear direction) while ensuring that the high voltage primary side is powered off. If it is a booster transformer, it is just the opposite of the above.

2. Check and confirm whether the transformer and its protection device have live operating conditions. Generally, power is transmitted 3 times, the first power interval is not less than 10Min, and the remaining power interval is not less than 5 Min. Check items before power transmission:
1) Bolt fastening and whether there is metal foreign matter on the iron core;
2) Whether the insulation distance meets the power transmission standard;
3) Whether the electrical function is running normally;
4) Whether the connection is correct;
5) Whether the insulation of each component meets the power transmission standard;
6) There is no condensation in the body;
7) The shell has loopholes that do not allow small animals to enter (especially the cable entry part);
8) There is no discharge sound when sending power.

3. When the transformer has a temperature control box or temperature display instrument, please refer to its operating instructions to first debug it separately and run normally, and then put the temperature control box or temperature display instrument into operation after the transformer is put into operation.

4. The transformer should be put into operation during no-load closing, and its peak closing inrush current can reach 8-10 times the rated current; The quick-acting protection setting value of the transformer should be greater than the peak inrush current.
5. After the transformer is put into operation, the load should be from light to heavy, and the transformer should be checked at any time, and blind one-time large load input is prohibited.

6 Dry transformer load operation should refer to the national standard "dry transformer load guidelines" and dry transformer related technical parameters.

7. Dry transformer operation monitoring should often monitor the display value of the temperature control display instrument, and the number of meter reading is specified by the field user; When the dry-type transformer runs through the rated current, it should be recorded in time; During maximum load operation, the three-phase current is monitored and balanced by adjusting the load.

8. The standby transformer has the conditions to be put into operation at any time, and should be regularly maintained, charged and started when it is disabled for a long time.

9. When the transformer is put into operation, the power supply side is first unloaded; Stop the load side first and then the power side.

10. After the transformer stops running, attention should be paid to waterproof, moisture-proof and anti-pollution.

11. When the transformer is obviously damp or flooded, it should be dried before putting into operation to make the insulation resistance meet the requirements.
