Product Overview
Designed for both pole mounting and distribution station applications, the 250kVA, 11kV Oil Immersed Distribution Transformer delivers reliable power for daily lighting and factory operations, with LV output reaching 0.4kV. Equipped with hermetically sealed structures and corrugated radiators, its tank design accommodates thermal expansion while preventing atmospheric contact with transformer oil. Units can be engineered to meet unique customer specifications.

Our distribution transformers are engineered using proprietary technology and advanced design software, fully meeting IEC and Chinese national standards.
The magnetic core is manufactured from premium cold-rolled, grain-oriented silicon steel, processed with step-lap technology on an automated GEORG core lamination line from Germany.
The oil tank adopts a corrugated design, produced by GEORG’s precision ultra-corrugation equipment. Surface pre-treatment and coating use leading international materials, with processes including degreasing, pickling, phosphating, electrophoresis, powder spraying, and thermal curing for superior corrosion resistance.
HV windings are made from high-strength enamelled or paper-insulated conductors, while LV windings use enamelled wires and copper strip windings. This ensures balanced ampere-turn distribution, optimized insulation, and strong short-circuit endurance.
The active part uses a core free-hanging structure, with high-quality acrylate rubber gaskets to resist ageing from heat and sunlight.
