Product Overview
The 50 kVA, 11 kV oil-immersed distribution transformer is typically installed in substations to supply power for general lighting and industrial applications, with a low-voltage output of up to 0.4 kV. Our sealed distribution transformers feature corrugated fin radiators, where the corrugated tank accommodates thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring the transformer oil remains completely isolated from the atmosphere. Custom designs are also available to meet specific customer requirements.
Product Features

The distribution transformer is engineered using proprietary technology and advanced design software, ensuring that its performance fully aligns with IEC standards, Chinese national regulations, and other relevant specifications.

Its magnetic core is constructed from premium cold-rolled, grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, processed using step-lap techniques on an automated core stacking line imported from GEORG, Germany.

The transformer tank features a corrugated design, produced with GEORG’s advanced corrugation wall machinery. The surface treatment process includes international-grade pre-treatment liquids and powder coatings. Through GEORG’s automated lines, the tank undergoes degreasing, acid pickling, phosphating, electrophoresis coating, powder spraying, and high-temperature curing, delivering superior corrosion resistance.

The high-voltage windings are made from high-strength enamel-coated or paper-insulated conductors, while the low-voltage side utilizes enamelled wire, paper-insulated wire, or copper strip winding. This ensures a well-balanced ampere-turn distribution and an optimized insulation layout, enhancing the transformer's ability to resist short-circuits.

The internal structure uses a suspended core mounting method. High-grade acrylate rubber gaskets are used for sealing, which effectively resists aging from UV exposure and elevated temperatures.
