The 315kVA, 11kV Oil Immersed Distribution Transformer is suitable for pole-mounted applications or installation in distribution stations, supplying daily lighting and industrial power with LV output up to 0.4kV. Our hermetically sealed units are equipped with corrugated radiators, which act as expansion and contraction components to maintain complete isolation of transformer oil from the atmosphere. Our 315kVA, 11kV Oil Immersed Distribution Transformer is commonly installed on poles or in substations for residential lighting and factory energy needs, delivering LV output up to 0.4kV. Featuring a hermetically sealed design with corrugated radiators, the unit’s corrugated tank allows for oil volume changes while keeping the oil fully separated from external air. Custom manufacturing is available based on client specifications.

Our distribution transformer is developed using patented technology and advanced design software, ensuring compliance with IEC Standards and Chinese National Standards.

The transformer core is manufactured from premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheet, produced with step-lap technology on an automated GEORG Germany core lamination line.

The corrugated oil tank is produced on GEORG Germany ultra-corrugation lines. Pre-treatment uses globally recognized coating brands, with degreasing, pickling, phosphating, electrophoresis, powder spraying, and heat curing for exceptional corrosion resistance.

HV windings are crafted from high-strength enamelled wire or paper-insulated wire, while LV windings use enamelled or paper-insulated wire with copper belt winding, ensuring balanced ampere-turn distribution, optimized insulation, and strong short-circuit endurance.

The active part features a core free-hanging structure, and gaskets are made from durable acrylate rubber to resist aging from heat and sunlight.
