Product Overview
Typically pole-mounted or placed in distribution substations, the 125kVA, 11kV Oil Immersed Distribution Transformer is used for lighting and industrial power supply, offering a 0.4kV LV output. The product is hermetically sealed and fitted with corrugated radiators. Its corrugated tank functions as a thermal buffer, preventing any exposure of transformer oil to the atmosphere. We offer client-specific customization upon request.

The distribution transformer is designed using proprietary software and patented technology, conforming to IEC and Chinese national standards.
Its magnetic core is constructed from premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel, processed with step-lap technology on GEORG Germany’s automatic lamination line.
The corrugated oil tank is produced by GEORG’s ultra-corrugation system. Pre-treatment liquids and coatings are from leading international brands. The tank undergoes degreasing, pickling, phosphating, electrophoresis, powder spraying, and heat curing, providing excellent corrosion protection.
HV windings are made from high-strength enamelled or paper-insulated wire. LV windings combine enamelled wire, paper insulation, and copper belt, ensuring even ampere-turn distribution and strong short-circuit endurance.
The active structure adopts a core free-hanging design. Gaskets are made from high-quality acrylate rubber to resist UV and heat-induced aging.
