Product Overview
The 80kVA, 11kV oil-immersed distribution transformer is commonly mounted on poles or installed in distribution substations to supply power for daily lighting and industrial use. It provides a low-voltage output of up to 0.4kV. Our hermetically sealed transformers feature corrugated radiators, where the corrugated tank functions as a thermal expansion and contraction element, ensuring the transformer oil remains completely isolated from the atmosphere. Custom manufacturing is available based on client specifications.

The distribution transformer is designed with patented technology and software, meeting IEC and Chinese national standards.
Its core uses high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel, manufactured by GEORG Germany with step-lap technology.
The corrugated oil tank is produced by GEORG’s advanced lines, treated with top international pre-treatment liquids and powders, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance.
HV windings use high-strength enamelled or paper-insulated wire; LV windings combine enamelled wire, paper insulation, and copper belts for uniform ampere turns and strong short-circuit resistance.
The active parts feature a core free-hanging structure with gaskets made of durable acrylate rubber to prevent aging from sun and heat.
