Designed for pole-mounted or substation use, the 160kVA, 11kV Oil Immersed Distribution Transformer supplies daily lighting and industrial power with an LV output of up to 0.4kV. Each unit is hermetically sealed and fitted with corrugated radiators. The corrugated tank functions as a thermal compensator, ensuring full oil isolation from the atmosphere. Client-specific models can be produced on request.
The distribution transformer is developed using proprietary software and patented design technology, fully aligned with IEC and Chinese national standards.The magnetic core is built from premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, laminated through step-lap technology via GEORG Germany's automatic line.Corrugated oil tanks are manufactured using GEORG’s ultra-corrugation equipment. Surface treatment fluids and powder coatings are sourced from leading global brands.The tank undergoes degreasing, pickling, phosphating, electrophoresis, and powder spray with heat curing, ensuring excellent corrosion protection.High-voltage windings are made with high-strength enamelled or paper-insulated wire; low-voltage windings combine enamelled wire, paper insulation, and copper belt for better turn distribution and improved short-circuit performance.The active part uses a core free-hanging configuration. Acrylate rubber gaskets resist aging from heat and UV exposure.
