Product Overview
Designed for pole or substation installation, the 200kVA, 11kV Oil Immersed Distribution Transformer supports lighting and factory operations with a 0.4kV low-voltage output. Our hermetically sealed transformers use corrugated radiators, and the tank’s structure allows for thermal breathing while completely isolating the transformer oil from air. We offer tailored production according to customer needs.

The distribution transformer is engineered using patented software and design technologies, fully aligned with IEC and Chinese National Standards.
The core is manufactured from cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets using step-lap techniques on an automatic GEORG Germany lamination line.
The corrugated oil tank is built by GEORG’s ultra-corrugation lines. Its surface is treated with globally recognized coating systems, undergoing degreasing, pickling, phosphating, electrophoresis, and finally high-pressure powder coating and thermal curing for excellent corrosion resistance.
HV windings are crafted from high-strength enamelled or paper-insulated wire, while LV windings combine enamelled wire, paper insulation, and copper belt, ensuring balanced ampere-turn distribution and enhanced short-circuit endurance.
The active structure adopts a core free-hanging design. Acrylate rubber gaskets are used to resist aging due to sunlight and heat.
