Process and Advantages
Cold rolled thin oriented silicon steel strip is made of 0.30 or 0.35mm thick oriented silicon steel strip by pickling, cold
rolling and annealing.

The cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel sheet is hot rolled into strip rolls of about 2.3mm thickness.
Cold rolled electrical steel strip has the characteristics of smooth surface, uniform thickness, high stacking coefficient, good blanking, and higher magnetic induction and lower iron loss than hot rolled electrical steel strip. The weight and volume of a motor or transformer manufactured with cold strip instead of hot strip can be reduced by 0-25%.

If the cold rolled oriented belt is used, the performance is better, and it can replace the hot rolled belt or low grade cold
rolled belt, which can reduce the power consumption of the transformer by 45%-50%, and the transformer performance is more reliable.
